Problem with Aion-Install

What shall I do/press in this screen?

I abborted now, because I couldn't select anything there and now I'm stuck at this Screen:

I can't select anything there, and when I press the only white button on the right side en errormessage pops up
Please help me, I want to play!

servers are down atm...i think. i logged in not too long ago and the system message said the servers will shut down in 1 minute. gonna have to wait i guess.
