if you lack knowledge of mmorpgs, don't be afraid to show it~ lots of people here don't have a very deep knowledge of the genre either. Most of the guys here are casual gamers (sans newcomers) and/or know about a lot of other genre of games as well.
People here are also very informative. Heck, i even get my daily worldly news and interesting articles about life from onrpg~ i don't really check anywhere else~ lol

Only MMO I ever played was runescape. then I quit... then played it again, then quit, then played it again, then quit.

Yeah I had a lvl 70+ bad *** ranger/mage, decent attack/str but would get owned in wild.

I had a lvl 40 pure range

Then I had a lvl 3 with nearly 70 mining/craft 50 smithing.

But yeah this place pretty much sucks. Which is why I come. It's like a home away from home haha.

Onrpg is probably the forum I've been active in for the longest period of time, so yeah, I find it pretty entertaining. I'm afraid I don't post as much anymore though because of all the god damn ******ed internet drama, mod discussion foolishness and necroing of religious topics...

I almost stop by on a daily basis though because the randomness has a strange charm to it. Hopefully, things will settle down again soon and a new era of awesome topics will be upon us.

If I'm reading it, yeah, it might be amusing to a certain degree. But being involved in it? Not so much - Which is why I try to keep a low profile. I'm just happy I'm not one of those cursed with the role of responsibility on this site.

I feel sorry for the mods and members alike, who have to suffer the prying eyes and angsty posts of semi-active members who suddenly feel they need to be privy to everything that happens on this forum despite the fact that they are completely irrelevant to the topic at hand.

However, onrpg supplies my weekly dose of quirky youtube vids, crazy news, at times interesting discussions and so forth. It really is a much better forum than most of those I've ever stumbled into since I started using the internet.
