I've spent Way over 200$ before when I was younger without asking permission. I got in so much trouble that It's a wonder I'm still alive and roaming and playing P2P and expensive CS MMO's anymore.
Honestly you just DO NOT do that, it doesn't matter who it is, you never run up a bill on something stupid.
