Remake the account.
If it worked before then e-mail them. You should try to help yourself before coming here without trying anything.

Then if the account is new perhaps you forgot to authenticate/validate through your email address. Try going to the email you used to make the account and look for a email concerning validation of the account and etcetera.

If the account is old try remaking a new password by requesting a new password when you try to sign in.
