So, which version is easier to play?

Korean or Japanese?

In terms of signing up and whatnot.

For signing up, obviously Japanese.

Almost all Korean games require a KSSN, and this is no different. In fact, the registration for the korean version(for a DnF account, not Nexon) is actually more difficult than most other korean games as well.
