The first game that utilized some form of motion sensing that I've played was Police 911, and it was great. ;o There was a pad that you stood on in front of the arcade machine (hurr durr no game consoles had this hurrrrrdy durrrrr) that tracked your movements, so you could step to the right of the pad, or duck down and it would track those movements so you could get cover/dodge bullets.

It sounds like a cool idea to implement into a game but I dunno, I'd have to try it out and see. I wonder how far you can pan the camera using that method though?
