As for the JP Market being very exclusive you are right, but they have a reason for that because most of the ren'ai shimyureeshon geemu, eroge, and bemani games only appeal to a very small niche audience of NA/EUR gamers. In recent years we have seen many games such as limited RPG's, rhythm games, and quirky games (Katamari Damacy, Ico, Incredible Crisis, etc) make it to English shores.

JP gamers are yelling to a lesser extent because Xbox 360 has many NA exclusives that they are waiting on. It just depends on which side of the pond you are standing as to what you get.
Well language shouldn't be used to keep me out of the JRPG market! Why can't they do translations? It's not that hard and they don't even have to to do voice acting (as we know they are mostly terrible) I have two eyes I can read with. All they really have to do is translate the basics and of course the story. I just wanna play! Gaming companies need to stop this exclusive nonsense and be open and share through out the whole world (Mostly NA, JP, EU).
