Oh, another thing we do for tennis is use a gyroball or something like that.
Basically, it's a ball with some sort of hitch thing that's encased in a plastic dome. You pull a spring to get the ball spinning, then grab the dome, and spin it around and around until the ball stops/your arm falls off.
Doesn't sound that stressful, but to keep the ball moving works your forearms wicked well.

grab a barbell, add weight, now hold it in your hands palms facing outward behind you( the barbell is behind you). now roll bar to finger tips, then curl it up tightening your forearms,. or sit down and hold bar and flex forearms.

bench, cleans, deadlift, and squat.
your forearm eventually gets bigger when you lift more and more weights. >![]()
Reputation: 10a really good way is get a weight a rope and a stick. tie 1 end of the rope to the middle of the stick than the other end to the weight. grab the stick with both hands one on each side and let the weight hang. begin rolling the weight up till it reaches the stick unroll the weight and repeat. it may sound stupid but try doing it 10 or so times (depending on the weight) and i bet u feel like your forearms are going to fall off.
