    I like the background, but the render doesn't blend with it at all.

    Hm...what am I to do then? I did gradient overlay..feather..filter..

    Edit: Or should i just take out the render?

    from the way it looks right now, it would look good without the render. I'd hit it.

    That looks really good. If you really want to put a render in it, find something that matches the background (Darker colors are recommended).
