Diet is great and all but not of the ultimate importance to him, because of his obviously fast *** metabolism. Sure he could prob consume more protein and things of that nature, but dont exaggerate how important dieting is with this guy as compared to a person of average weight/overweight. It's important, but not everything. You CAN get results and health from doing JUST working out or JUST dieting, but of course both are best and it depends on ur individual factors.
Anyways, its best to get involved in an organization or sport, that will force u to keep going and not give up. But whatever u do, just stick to it.

Bench, squat, clean, and deadlift.
do ONE of the above for that day.
you want to mix up your workouts every week. don't just keep on doing the same set and reps for each week.
if you do bench one day start out at 60% of your max then do 5x8-10 with 2minutes rests between each set. after that do incline and decline. after that work on triceps and then seated row then finally with abs.

Not really, as this probably applies to the OP too somewhat. What are ways to get your weight up besides eating more because my metabolism is ****ing stupid and way too ****ing fast.

I say just enjoy it while u can. Everyone's metabolism tends to slow down as they get older. So as everyone else is becoming fat, u should be becoming normal weight lol. I'd just focus on gaining muscle and enjoy being skinny lol.
But obviously weight gain powders and stuff like that will pack on the pounds if ur that desperate.
