    Working out during puberty works just fine.

    Diet is great and all but not of the ultimate importance to him, because of his obviously fast *** metabolism. Sure he could prob consume more protein and things of that nature, but dont exaggerate how important dieting is with this guy as compared to a person of average weight/overweight. It's important, but not everything. You CAN get results and health from doing JUST working out or JUST dieting, but of course both are best and it depends on ur individual factors.

    Anyways, its best to get involved in an organization or sport, that will force u to keep going and not give up. But whatever u do, just stick to it.

    Im rele interested to know why the hell u would come to a gaming forum full of weird ***, super skinny/overweight, sociopath/social phobic gamer dudes and ask a question like this...

    I can give you a lot of tips on working out.
    Bench, squat, clean, and deadlift.
    do ONE of the above for that day.
    you want to mix up your workouts every week. don't just keep on doing the same set and reps for each week.
    if you do bench one day start out at 60% of your max then do 5x8-10 with 2minutes rests between each set. after that do incline and decline. after that work on triceps and then seated row then finally with abs.

    Your metabolism has nothing to do with how long ur muscles take to heal.

    and start with bench, squats, and deadlifts. you can do powerlcean if you feel it. this will get you bigger. once oyu have a base, add dif workouts in, like inclined bench, dumbells

    I don't think being muscular at 12 is realistic at all. Just do athletic shit at the moment.

    Not really, as this probably applies to the OP too somewhat. What are ways to get your weight up besides eating more because my metabolism is ****ing stupid and way too ****ing fast.

    I say just enjoy it while u can. Everyone's metabolism tends to slow down as they get older. So as everyone else is becoming fat, u should be becoming normal weight lol. I'd just focus on gaining muscle and enjoy being skinny lol.

    But obviously weight gain powders and stuff like that will pack on the pounds if ur that desperate.

    By judging you, your bench max is probably 85? Which doesnt matter, really. But not only excersing, you need to eat.

    Perfect gaming workout? Set yourself reward and punishment workouts everytime you lose/win in a game. Works for me in TF2 arena. 200 situps if you ragequit.

    Uh... um.... martial arts. At least, that's what I do. I'm not built like Bruce Lee or anything, but I'm strong enough. ~~

    ...And I'm guessing that video is something that probably got released--probably something along the lines of Wii Fit.

    Do my signature exercise routine, get abs in 4 weeks max! Wake up, dont eat/drink anything. Start doing sit-ups till you cant anymore. Mon Wed Fri go hit the weights for Chest, Triceps Biceps. Then Tue Thur work on lower body abs and shoulders. You'll look great in no time
