    Default I am going to start working out

    Since a lot of you guys are gamers I just want to know how a gamer should go about on working out. I don't want my skinny Asian body anymore and I want to be buff and fit, toned and muscular.

    I was planning to go to the gym with my parents and start on lifting weights.

    Any tips?

    How old are you again?
    Whats your fitness level? (how fast can u run, whats the max weights you can lift)
    Whats your diet?

    First of all *thumbs up* Second of all, why buff? Should just go working out for your health not so much of what you look like People are to judgemental these days :P. But as for the answer, I would start off slow with doing 2 reps-5reps a day. With lifting weights.

    your to judgemental on people bein judgemental for **** sakes, stop with that bullshit arguement...


    and start with bench, squats, and deadlifts. you can do powerlcean if you feel it. this will get you bigger. once oyu have a base, add dif workouts in, like inclined bench, dumbells

    I don't think being muscular at 12 is realistic at all. Just do athletic shit at the moment.

    Not really, as this probably applies to the OP too somewhat. What are ways to get your weight up besides eating more because my metabolism is ****ing stupid and way too ****ing fast.
    Probably applies to OP too because he mentions he has a fast metabolism.

    I say just enjoy it while u can. Everyone's metabolism tends to slow down as they get older. So as everyone else is becoming fat, u should be becoming normal weight lol. I'd just focus on gaining muscle and enjoy being skinny lol.

    But obviously weight gain powders and stuff like that will pack on the pounds if ur that desperate.

    10 mile jog - with walking breaks
    200 pushups - with rest stops
    200 situps - with rest stops

    i do this once a week

    U can always look up some fitness programs/books, stuff like http://www.fullfitness.net/abs.html or watch videos eg. p90x stuff... etc ...
    If you want to be more heathy, exercise alone wont help, you need a strict diet.

    if only i knew
    i quite enjoy my flabs
    well until people say you be-ith chubby
    then i go on a montage and give up in about 3-4 minutes

    Perfect gaming workout? Set yourself reward and punishment workouts everytime you lose/win in a game. Works for me in TF2 arena. 200 situps if you ragequit.

    Uh... um.... martial arts. At least, that's what I do. I'm not built like Bruce Lee or anything, but I'm strong enough. ~~

    ...And I'm guessing that video is something that probably got released--probably something along the lines of Wii Fit.
    .. Or, more likely, an adult work-out video.
