and start with bench, squats, and deadlifts. you can do powerlcean if you feel it. this will get you bigger. once oyu have a base, add dif workouts in, like inclined bench, dumbells
why not do crucnhes of V-sits for abs....bike is more legs.

most people work like upper body one day, lower the next, and go fro mthere.
