    Default Buffing up (Gym + Shakes)

    Just need a few tips for anyone who works out in onRPG.
    I'm currently 15, turning 16 in a few months. I've been going to the gym 3 times a week for the past month already, and i was wandering if theres anything which I can do to bulk up a little.

    Weight: 52kg;
    Height: 165cm;

    I can bench 40kg with no support/ 45kg with a little help balancing. For dumbbells, I can do 8kgs (10 reps). I've been taking (Musashi Bulk Blend Protein Shake) once a day, and there seems to be little effect. My family friend told me that it would be better for me to get a carb shake which will buff me up faster.

    Suggestions?

    There is no need for you to drink protein shakes. You'll gain weight by eating properly.

    Gain some weight man. Protein shakes help but arn't needed. Then start with curls.. then bench. Just dont bench though. Work your abs/shoulders, etc.

    I second this. It must be in your diet. If you don't notice any changes, you either need to move up the weights or change your routine. Take a break once in a while, as well. Eat more during the evening to gain fat, this way when you work out you gain more muscle.
