Which LCD monitor?

Hi,

I m going to get a new computer soon. So i gonna change my monitor too. The matter is that i don't know which LCD monitor to choose.

I would like a 22" or a 24" LCD monitor with :

- widescreen 16:9
- a high contrast
- the best possible colors correspondences
- no visual persistence (for games)

I can go up to 700$ for it. So thanks in advance for your help
