Questions for those who play Runes of Magic

Hey all, I'm thinking of trying out this game again. (12sky 2 was under expectations) When my internet comes back on the 1st (got capped) I'm thinking of giving this game another shot since I've heard its been drastically improved. I tried it during the open beta and I liked what I saw, I was just a tad confused on the combat and all. (stopped playing due to confusion)

Just a few Questions regarding the quality of this game:

Has it improved enough to warrent me returning?
How's the PvP?
How's the Community?
Would there be lag issues for someone who lives in Australia?
Would a knight/ranger build be awesome?
Is the cash shop balanced?
Is the content rewarding?
Do many of you still play frequently?

Improvements:
More quests and epic quests.
More Daily resets.
It is possible to buy cashshop items without using real $.
Max lvl for secondary = 50, so you can swap pri/sec classes if its not too late. (eg. you went mage priest, but decided to go priest mage instead, its possible if u didnt waste too much skill points)

PvP: Pretty much the same.

Community: I play on US pvp server, there are often pkers around mid-lvl areas.

Lag issues: None for me in Asia.

Build: No idea, try it

Balanced?: No. Cashshops are not meant to balance a game.

Content rewarding?: No idea what you are asking.
