    Default Sansa Fuze

I was wondering if the Sansa Fuze could be used as a Flash Drive to store word documents to transport from PC to PC

    It can.

Anything that has a memory, be it either flash or a disk, can be used as a storage system. You may need to assign a part of the memory to be used as a storage space in some MP3-players though. If it is the case with the sansa fuze, check the user manual for more information and how to do it.
If not, just connect the mp3 to your pc and drag and drop the files into your mp3.

I should update this but all my effort went into writing this lousy excuse.

If you can't find a more elegant way, assuming, that you know how to get mp3s from the device on to a PC, it's still possible, to just rename all your files to *.mp3 and put them on the player that way.

    Edit: Kinda what SnOwBunZz said.
