Download the Japan item patch, extract it with winrar into your phantasy star blue burst directory.
Note to anyone with Windows Vista: Right click the shortcut, select properties, click start in, and put in where your file is. (Example: c:/programs/phantasystaronlineblueburst) Then run the program as admin.

I had that, but then i just opened the PSOBB folder in program files and clicked the icon called Online, and it worked
But IGN is Mystryx, no clue what im doing, just randomly standing around. maybe i have the wrong PS >.>
/Edit i actually figured how to make a game, didnt realise that was just a lobby =x
