and I don't have a problem with veggies, it's their own life, now when that turns into veggie maniacs PETA lovers trying to shove their stupid way of life down my throat, then I have a problem

fish and eggs , and tofu products can make up easily for the health benefits of meat.
then you are a "half assed" vegan, true vegans don't eat fish, eggs, dairy, anything that comes from an animal

I keep a balanced diet, almost entirely eliminated stuff like ketchup, mayonaise, mustard and all that crap, NEVER eat at mcdonalds or any other equal fast food crap, eat a good salad, good meat, chicken, fish, etc etc and never ever had any health problem at all
