whatever you do dude just dont become elitist. i dont know squat but i imagine not eating meat and getting your meat vitamins elsewhere is probably beneficial to your health.
exactly, im not trying to be vegan here.

i just want to eat better for me.

and i am already cutting back on the junk food. when i do eat it, it is ususally just pretezels and things that arent too bad for you.

the next step i see is cutting out meat, because, as a lot of people on this forum and sources say, it is healthier without meat ( NOT INCLUDING EGGS)

people think if your vegatarian, you HAVE to be vegan.
im only doing this for health purposes, not to save the animals and become a PETA ****.

I will not become elitest, if anything, i'll probably be made fun of for a while in the beginning by my buds.
