yep, im pretty sure if someone is on your property you can shoot em no matter what their doing. but i also think if they are turned and running you cant shoot them in teh back. so if your trespassing make sure to face your back at the house, atleast round here its like that.
but their getting justice sicne they werent even on their property. otherwise if they were oh ****in well...dont trespass we know now, people will actually shoot.
