Let me quote the whole thing.
Gamigo is for Europeans.As mentioned before, there will be a wipe before the commercial launch of the game. The reason for this is that we want all players to start at the same level when the game officially launches. Please keep in mind that the game is in Open-Beta (test-phase during which the game is optimized). Also it is a regular procedure to wipe the beta-chars before a game is officially launched.
We do hope that those players who helped us optimize the game during the beta phase stick with it and will not feel mistreated when their chars are wiped.

the have missed som translations on the European server like the Combine npc still talk jiberish but I did a little video that is in the gamigo neo steam forum >< and I play for Republic of Rogwel becuse Elered kindom are weakling and I like to play the bad guy muhaha and there are 2 good guilds in Republic of Rogwel Republic Commando and Crimson knight and im also hosting a Ventrilo server for Eu Neo steam users but I need to make the first payment before we can use it.

Its not that the European one isnt "updated" its just the NA one has been completely re-worked in an Atlus game lol. Bad luck for u guys

To westernize the game. The grind in the European version was horrible once you used up all your starter exp scrolls.ooh higher XP rate omg
and yeah havenīt played many mmo games then I played a big amount of mmos and some companys have whipes after OB and some donīt and I know I been playing mmos from the days when Ultima online was beta.
And you're referring to CB. In the span of MMORPGs released since Ultima days, I cant even list 10 that wiped after Open Beta.

the probel is the EU version OB of games they use to whipe anyways
and when it comes to lvling a game donīt suck only becus it donīt have high exp rate but if u wanīt high why not creat a Private server and have 100 X exp ?? like the RO private server with high rate exp. I personly think Eu version is good but they could have updated it better but they will do it after OB im sure and have high exp rate or not is okey buy me I like the game for the story and gameplay not the exp.
but thats my oppinion and yours is that Eu version sucks and fine buy me donīt play the EU version then. im not forcing u.
