I must be the only one who disliked Oblivion.. Morrowind was way better.
I don't know what console you're lookin at but I guess you can try Mount & Blade for the PC.

Mount and Blade is good for hack n slash thought it doesnt really have a lot of RPG elements.

There's oblivion for PC/360/PS3, Fable II for 360, Ninety Nine Nights and Ninja Gaiden 2 are hack and slash for the 360 as well.
Mount and Blade for the PC, Dark Messiah of Might and Magic. Sacred 2 is a hack and slash diablo style game.
For the PS3 there's Heavenly Blade and...Umm...I'm not sure what else :P
