I've allways wondered about it, could anyone enlighten me about it?

Its that road/hill that ippo does his roadwork on and hit the tree to catch the leaves.(thats the best example i can give for now)

I've seen this same exact area in like 100 other anime so I was just wondering whats so special about it and any details about it.

I'll try and find a picture or video or something in an anime of it, but I just had to post this real quick before I forgot about it.

Oh you mean that canal thing?

Well could just be a guess but they do have a lot of canals in Japan.....perhaps it's just a coincidence they look similar?

oh ya in doraemon you can often see the place too... i think its because thats a real place in tokyo...
