Game Battles recently launched a new PC ladder for GFX Battles. Basically, you register and create a team, and then you can challenge other people from the leaderboard to a GFX Battle. There's a variety of rules such as allowing renders, allowing pre-made work, time limit, style/theme, etc.
Both people then submit there creations, one person makes a post, and their judges will vote on their favorite of the two. The first one to whatever the set amount is, usually four votes, wins and gains experience on the ladder.
I figure some people here would be interested, as it's a fun way to compete in GFX battles since there's a ranking board. It also doesn't seem like the level of competition is very high judging by decided battles from the forums, so a lot of OnRPGer's should be able to compete and do well.
