    It's not "possible", it is.

    There's been lots of, more or less, confirmed talk that he'd be combining with Jetfire like he could in Armada, or Energon. One of those shit series'.

    Jetfire appears in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. He is an SR-71 Blackbird and will be able to combine with Optimus Prime. Jetfire is portrayed as an aged Decepticon who becomes an Autobot.
