FPS problems are most likely from Graphic Card and not Internet. And those computers should be fine for WoW, I think.

This one... better cpu and more watt on your psu.
GPU isn't made for gaming, so you'll still have some lag though. Not as much as your laptop's gpu.

My advice would be to look around a bit more to see if you can get even better.
