Question- Virtual Chat Environment!

Hello, i am Vince.
Me and my team want to create an Online 3D chat Environment.
You know, the worlds where you can create an Avatar, buy some clothes, walk around and chat.

Now we are looking for an Engine to make a game like this.
Does anyone knows a good toolpack or engine?
