Ok, this week we see some wiggling going on among our Top 10 champions. Aion stays strong at #1 and got back some of it's lost market to the tune of 2.18% which is nice. SA dropped back to it's normal rate and the twin Warcrafts danced again with WoW moving back ahead of W3. L1, L2, and SF got some of their market back and pushed D&F back down the ladder closer to where it usually sits. FIFA2 slipped to the bottom which I find is a good spot for it. =P
Overall we had a .93% drop in the overall Market Shares this week which isn't bad considering the time of year. As I stated before with Mid-Terms upon the KR environment it will fluctuate for a bit. However, it is still showing a very strong competitive arena for the above games.
Note for those about the upcoming environmental changes in the KR scene. It is looking quite strong right now that Blizzard is bringing the Starcraft 2 beta out within roughly 30-45 days. Blizzard sent out letters to already pre-invited Game Writers for various media outlets telling them that they have until June 19th to have Battle.net accounts created and ready to play. This means we should have an incoming media blitz for SC2 in a couple weeks and the Beta phase for public shortly after. Current speculation is July 17th as the rollout of Battle.net 2.0 and SC2 beta start with Diablo 2 Patch 1.13 and Ladder Reset coming very shortly afterward.
