i have come across a need to be able to draw pretty accurate sketches of landscapes in front of me.

i need some tips on keeping the objects in the sketch as accurately distanced as possible. (would accurate depth be the words i'm looking for? :s)

so yeah, i have no idea where to start. as you can probably tell from this horribly vague post...
