Headset question

I was wondering if it was possible to have the sound of vent/skype/ts going through my headset, and the have the game sounds/computer sounds going through external.

since its annoying for you and your friends when your just in external speakers (with the feedback and shit), but sometimes you cant hear them with the game sounds coming through the headset.

No, the turning the sound of when you plug something into the chinch plugs is in the hardware.
