Well the resolution is better than 1366x768 or something like that, which barely any games support.

I personally would probably get the cheaper one, since you don't have to reformat if you don't do anything that will screw your computer. And that most games aren't CPU dependent so if both laptops have the same GPU and CPUs that are pretty much the same, they should give similar results.
