Ok, so the I forgot the password to my laptop and I used a vista upgrade disk to use a restore point program on there to a point where it had no pass, now when it finishes the loading screen it comes to a black screen with the mouse pointer. Also do no suggest changing the Remote Procedure Call Service.

Any advice?
