I hate to rain on your lol parade...but...

#1, this is a third party peripheral, so it wasn't made by Nintendo anyway

and

#2, it looks like its made of cheap *** plastic, and it would prolly break before a TV screen would.

I was on a bowling team for like 6 years. I know that a bowling ball is supposed to be heavy to be a counterwieght to your throw. Its supposed to be almost like a pendulum on a clock. This looks like it weighs less than a pound, and is just idiot fodder, like most other third party peripherals >_<
