Reputation: 30top one is a good low end card. what is your current one? must be pretty bad if you are upgrading to these =0
Those are awful...what is your current setup?
Reputation: 17my current card is a Radeon 9550 256 mb
only have a agp slot and normal pci slots on my motherboard
ya man dont waste any money just upgrade your motherboard and get a new video card agp wont get you too far nowadays... and those two video cards are not that great.. the tops better if those are what your stuck with but in the long run dont do it... just wait..
Reputation: 30no point in upgrading an apg card. save up and buy a whole new system.
Reputation: 292The 3850 is the best agp card you can get.

I'm buying it, and I want to know where it stacks with modern graphics cards. It's definitely an upgrade from my onboard Intel chipset (don't ask), so I figured for that price I might as well.
Reputation: 38I would recommend u a PCI or PCIe card and it must be a card with a nvidia chip
(GT, GTX etc...) I would buy a good gcard for 100-120 pounds than one for 60 that suck. i have a 9800GT from nvidia, but an old one with the small coolers. The latest 9800GT cards are excellent and are very cool (infos are from a professional photographer who uses a 9800GT) but u can buy GTX too. heard the latest one is 2 gcards in 1. sounds pretty cool to me
