Arad Senki Black Screen

I read whole Arad Senki and DnF help threads, but i still dont know what is problem:

I log in from website www.arad.jp or from hangame site, and every time patcher downloads HackShield's update. I see black box on screen, and when HS is loaded, It maximalize and It close itself in about 2 seconds. Then standard Windows message pops up, It says something like "program was close due issue, we apologize for troubles".

I already installed East Asian language pack, set Unicode to japanese, installed newest graphic card drivers, reinstalled and repatched Arad Senki. I dont use VPN, becouse Im not USA/Singapure. Any suggestion what fails?

MS Windows XP Proffesional SP2, AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 5200, 2 GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce 9600GT

I reinstalled Windows and now it works...
