Not that hard. Takes a few min to add and I think a couple of days to confirm by mail or you can just hit up your bank and ask for the amount that paypal deposits.

So if I go linking my paypal account to my ebay account and It happens to not work, do i get anything for it?
And i contacted paypal's customer support and they say I cant do anything without adding whatever.

if you click buy now on ebay
then choose paypal as the payment method it should let you pay for it.
I know ive done it with an unverified paypal account.
why don't you contact the seller at explain you have an unverified paypal account and if you can still buy the item.
there is no need to give him the account. just buy it through ebay like everyone, i use paypal for all my ebay purchases, that way if i get scammed i can contact paypal and get my money back.
