Default Age of Conan "Free Re-evaluation"

    http://www.ageofconan.com/updates/?utm_id=419

Bought Age of Conan at launch but was utterly disappointed in content and performance? Fear not, you can now use an old account activated long ago to check out the improved game. I bought the game for a whopping 50 bucks at launch and was disappointed with the performance of the game. Now I can finally play my old character to see if there is much new. Anyone else down for some AoC? I know I am.

I tired playing earlier today, but even my new vidoe card can't really handle AoC well. The game is a graphics *****. I can't wait for some MMORPGs to start coming out on the consoles, because I'm getting sick and tired of PC gaming. You take one step forward, then you find out you really took 2 steps backward. With PC gaming you almost have to have a trust fund to keep you PC up to date with all the new games every year. AoC is one of those games like Crysis. Theier better off putting games like these on XBOX 360 or PS3. My last starw with PC gaming will be if OnLIve is a totally fail. If OnLive is a success I may stick with PC gaming. I'd hope MMORPG companies jump on the OnLive bandwagon. If you don't know what OnLive is, just Google it and you'll find out.

Hate to break it to you but OnLive doesn't work. You might as well be hyping up The Phantom or Gaikai. Just sell your computer from the 1900's and be done with it now and save yourself the trouble of waiting to be upset.

GPU: nVidia GeForce 9500 GT 512 mb

My Old OS: Windows Vista Home Premium 64 bit

Does that sound like a computer from the 1900s to you?
Not top of the line = not gonna run brand new, graphically intensive games. Sorry, that's the way computer gaming works. You either constantly update, or you find a game that is not that graphically intensive that you enjoy. Personally, the latter is both cheaper and more enjoyable.
