I usually keep the change. 64 cents doesn't seem like much, but wait til it's added up.
Last time we emptied the change jar, we got somewhere around $140. That's all leftover change we've found/gotten from buying something.
But to me, keep the change just sounds like the consumer's in a rush, or doesn't want to take the little bit of cash.
