So on June 5th I preordered an MP4 player, Nationite OS-72HR, which looked super nice, great picture quality, 4.3" screen, FM Transmitter. Preorder came to $105.00, and I got the money together and preordered it.
There was a delay, the play was to come out around the 20th of June, but was pushed back to June 25th due to the remote controls not being done yet. That was cool and all, got over that.
So Raz, the owner of the company, was like, "They will be shipping to us on the 25th, we should have them the 29th and start shipping them early July."
K then. We all waited.
July 3rd I received this email :

So then I waited for something to happen with the tracking number, which was through some Hong Kong place. Eh? Whatever?
The latest information on my MP4 Player is the following : The item (Tracking Number) left Hong Kong for its destination on 10-Jul-2009.
WOO! Yesss Shippin' to the USA!
Figured I'd get the player this week, before I travel 4 hours away to my grandmothers house for the rest of summer.
Well, nothing has been updated via the tracking number, no package at my doorstep, nothing.
I called USPS about it, since they're the ones who will ship it once it gets to the USA.
They have the info of the package being shipped to the USA.
Great....No new info? NOTHING. IT HASN'T EVEN REACHED THE USA? THE FUX?!?!?!
Well, could it be on a boat to the USA?
Nope....Other US people have received theirs....Which, being preordered and all, they get shipped at the same time, so says Raz.
Well....Now I have no mp4 player, no information, and no one to be able to help.
The companies doing nothing to help. No support tickets being answered, no forum requests being answered with anything more than a "Please submit a ticket."
