High speed/fast turns/fast building/fast whatever strategy game?

I'm looking for an active strategy game that has something like a high speed server, fast turns, fast building, etc so I can play persistently rather than wait a whole day to be able to do anything after 2 minutes of playing.
Do any games meet these requirements?

its a sci-fi game, you start with a few planets and you need to build up your empire. you can choose how quick you regenerate your turns, and when you put it on the quickest, you wont be able to store alot of turns, but they regenerate very quick. (you can also let your turns regenerate slower and store alot of turns)

i hope you like it (i used to play it myself, but quit after it got boring)
