    Thanks
since when did AOL stop being a dial-up service?

don't think this is allowed here anyway. there are plenty of other internet communities that would be more willing to help with this

I cant get it working and aol just keeps asking me for restart everytime i try to use it.
I had to upgrade from aol 9.0 to 9.1 also cus it doesnt have the home network option for creating the network for mabi.

You NEED to use AOL 9.0 VR.
9.1 is just really strange and I haven't figured it out and I will not figure it out.

You go to Connect Options, then Advanced Broadband Settings, and below "You are currently editing settings for:" there's a drop-down box, click it and choose Add Broadband Profile.
Name it whatever you like, then at Connection type, choose Home Network.

Did you do a full uninstall (I mean without keeping any settings/personal data , removing the folders etc.)? You could also try renaming the installation folder or installing it on another drive. Not much of a solution but who knows it might help. If it doesn't then I have no idea what's wrong.

I can safely tell you that I've tried playing Mabinogi with 9.0 VR until 9.5 and they all work perfectly, no problems...
