be serious you guys, there is a high probability that this film is going to stink. but because of the godly fanbase its going to be the number one film of the year anyway in money earned and records broken... probably.
but theres still a high probability that it will stink. movies dont turn out great just because they are based on something great. nor do they turn out great because people say dumbass stuff like "its going to be the next ____"
LOTR trilogy isnt awesome because its based on the lotr trilogy or because it won like a billion awards that one time. its awesome because of the acting and music and attention to detail and the mad amounts of cgi that manage to not look shitty or get too repetitive.
if the only thing a warcraft movie has going for it is thats its "a warcraft movie" then its going to be pants. just like a halo movie. or a doom movie. or a max payne movie. oh wait they already did some of those.
