I have to say the spec for your computer is pretty out dated in general. Not to mention, it's a Vista.
All you can do is to make uses to the best of it abilities.

wtf dude Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU T5450 @ 1.66GHz (2 CPUs), ~1.7GHz ???? 1.7ghz it doesn't matter if u have intel core 2 duo ... but u need i think more ghz to run that game and + its a lapto :P thoes never run games goodand whats ur video card ?

Turn off shadow, water and decrease your viewing distance. Your framerate will increase by tons and it should run smoothly.

Hm, well I noticed that if you change the graphics in-game it doesn't actually do anything(except viewing distance), instead try lowering the graphics in-game AND then go to the graphics on the patcher and make everything the lowest there as well.
