So I've been playing TF2 just fine until a couple of days ago. Since then, every few minutes or so I lag and it goes "Auto-disconnect from server in..." then after a couple of seconds (I'm usually dead by then) it goes back to normal.

This is getting really irritating and sometimes it doesn't fix itself and just disconnects.

Does anybody know how to fix this?

I opened the Steam ports to see if that did anything, but it's still having this problem.
