nope. the highest BP item is the champion belt. no w-summon nor omnislash at all.
i doubt second disk would have it, unless it's after that tragic event (don't wanna spoil people here)

what i meant to say was that when does omnislash appear in the battle areana? I already have the level 3 limits on all of my characters on the first disc.
