C9 is holding a stress test before transitioning into open beta. This test is open to everyone.
It starts August 4th and ends August 5th. The times for the test are from 14:00-22:00. I'm too lazy to convert from Military to Standard time.
Keep in mind the time zone is for Korea. Convert to your respective time zone accordingly.
