The concept art is pretty crazy-looking, depends on the style of the graphics they use on the Wii if it'll actually look good in game, though. In my opinion they're just trying to keep their current audience hooked to the old disney characters (which would be us). They're making it more mature because we are maturing. New kiddies are more interested in the jonas bros and miley.

Shit is going to be awesome. Due to the more mature nature of the game, it's highly unlikely that this will be as popular as the more 'lighter' wii games from Disney.
I can confirm this isn't in ANY way related to Kingdom Hearts.
P.S. I don't think this'll always be a wii exclusive. Judging from what Ive been told.
