This is nothin' more than an e-peeeen(is) boost topic. A bodybuilder hanging out on onrpg. That's like if I said Bill Gates is a mod of 4chan.

Why not just shoot some roids into your eyeballs.

I mean, don't go overboard to look like a manlady...but if you aren't in competitions, why not cheat?

Why are YOU posting in THIS thread?

So what if he's a body builder? Why don't you make a thread about something YOU'RE proud of. If you have nothing useful to say, then don't click in this thread. Congrats on +1-ing your post count.

I can guarantee you that his muscles are much bigger in size than your obviously puny brain.

@ OP What % body fat do you have? How - "ripped" are you? - average? medium?

Why so much hate towards people who like to stay in shape? I'm not here to dispute the authenticity of the OP, but I am curious as to why some of you guys dislike him simply because of what he's associated himself with.

If you're going to a gym, your best bet is to ask the trainers.

Anyway, some of the questions asked really aren't that difficult to answer. He's definitely not having a hard time answering them.

What are some good lower-ab exercises?

Reps/sets, please. I've been doing rather well with everything but my lower abdominals.

Cos everyone else here feels intimidated. Bodybuilder > scrawny little nerdy internet/gaming kiddies. they all attack the OP to make themselves feel better.

joking aside we should be asking; why does a bodybuilder need to come chat to scrawny little nerdy internet/gaming kiddies about bodybuilding?

hit the bench press man, but that also works out your triceps, so do dumbbell flys if you don't want to work out your arms.. which i don't see why anybody wouldn't, you can never get too big man benching is one of my favorite exercises

not much, about 10-11%, i'd just say average

sit ups don't help that much, if you really do want to get the six pack, and really make you six pack bulge out, you have to add more muscles to your core, which means weights weights weights. regular sit ups won't help anymore, you have to train yourself at another level if you want to get to a high level. try weighted situps or incline sit ups to make it harder. don't do 100 of them, just do 20 hard ones for reps and 2 sets.
yes, i CAN get to big, i run and bike, not a bodybuilder, dont need any extra muscle outside being toned big. im find in arms, legs, core, back, just need that chest and ill be a unstoppable lean sexy machine, so flyes from you? what ive been doin, settles it then.

How tall are you? Body builders on average are fairly short.

I'd like to challenge you on that. Nearly every freeweight exercise targeting your pecs is going to require triceps. Dumbbell flys do not require triceps, but they are stabilizers. Also, dumbbell flys target your biceps. So really, they would be working out his arms.

So to correctly answer V-Opolis's question, you'd be better off doing exercises that require your chest and triceps rather than avoiding them. If you bench press, the more far apart your arms are, the less triceps are involved. Bring your arms really close together and they would be targeting your triceps more than your chest.

Try doing hanging leg raises, hang on a bar, and lift your knees up till it almost touches your chest, hold it for 2 seconds and slowly move it back down. 3 sets of 20 should be enough.

People, his "advice" that he's giving out is something I learned in the 10th grade fitness class, and earlier from my hockey coaches and trainers. If you assumed he was massive and knew a lot on how to get big, his "160lbs of benching" proves that he isn't. Nice joke topic.

If you want to get bigger, go to a gym and get advice from a professional. If you are in high school and are able to take a fitness class, do it. Gym teachers should know just as much, if not more than gym trainers.
    look at the title brah.
