So what if he's a body builder? Why don't you make a thread about something YOU'RE proud of. If you have nothing useful to say, then don't click in this thread. Congrats on +1-ing your post count.
I can guarantee you that his muscles are much bigger in size than your obviously puny brain.
@ OP What % body fat do you have? How - "ripped" are you? - average? medium?
Why so much hate towards people who like to stay in shape? I'm not here to dispute the authenticity of the OP, but I am curious as to why some of you guys dislike him simply because of what he's associated himself with.

Reputation: 151How tall are you? Body builders on average are fairly short.
I'd like to challenge you on that. Nearly every freeweight exercise targeting your pecs is going to require triceps. Dumbbell flys do not require triceps, but they are stabilizers. Also, dumbbell flys target your biceps. So really, they would be working out his arms.
So to correctly answer V-Opolis's question, you'd be better off doing exercises that require your chest and triceps rather than avoiding them. If you bench press, the more far apart your arms are, the less triceps are involved. Bring your arms really close together and they would be targeting your triceps more than your chest.
Try doing hanging leg raises, hang on a bar, and lift your knees up till it almost touches your chest, hold it for 2 seconds and slowly move it back down. 3 sets of 20 should be enough.
Squats are a must.
