Anyhow, Minimum requirements are not stupid, they are a general medium for you to read so you'll be able to tell whether or not your computer should be able to run the game fairly well if at all.
Minimum is to RUN the game, if you have bare minimum it usually means 20fps on lowest settings. Having recommended usually means 60fps on lowest/medium settings, for the most part.
Unless you have 6 computers attached to each other each with dual cores and 8mb of ram somehow emulating a MUCH better video card than what you have, then yes you are a lier.
And running it on highest settings doesn't mean you have 5fps while on highest settings.
