I've never played this game longer than an hour.

I saw this crazy raid video on Xfire where this 20 man group took down this gigantic octopus thing and thought "hey that game looks kinda neat, maybe I should try it again."

I tried to log in and was told I was banned.

I made a new character and it was banned.

I sent in a support request.

I responded back with a "wtf, I never got an answer?"

And still haven't heard back.

I'm not prepared to deal with that kind of customer service, uninstalled.

Yeah haha thats funny, pretty shitty too.It's fun but it felt lonley whenever I would play. ;-;
